Kalei Mahi is the founder of NextGen Legacy, an agency dedicated to helping high school and early college athletes build strong, marketable personal brands. A former Division 1 swimmer at Syracuse University and a record holder, Kalei understands the unique challenges student-athletes face. Her mission is to empower athletes to take control of their social media presence, positioning them for future brand partnerships in the evolving world of NIL (Name, Image, Likeness).

With over 20 years of experience in marketing, Kalei has successfully managed brand partnerships for global companies such as AT&T, Sony, eBay, The Coca-Cola Company, Lexus, Molson Coors, YouTube, and Sephora, working with athletes across the NFL, USGA, US Olympic teams, NASCAR, NBA, and NHRA. This extensive experience has given her valuable insight into the importance of brand value and the strategies behind securing meaningful deals. Through NextGen Legacy, Kalei educates athletes and their families on developing professional social media strategies, curating content, and pursuing independent brand partnerships. She is passionate about ensuring student-athletes understand their worth and have the tools to thrive both on and off the field.
